آنالیز تفکیک‌پذیری طیف‌های حاصل از مشاهدات میدانی ارقام گندم و جوی ایرانی در مراحل مختلف رشد آن‌ها با استفاده از شاخص‌های گیاهی

تهیه‌ی اطلاعات مربوط به سطح زیر کشت گندم و جو و میزان محصول آن‌ها، تأمین‌کننده‌ی مدیریت موفق و پایدار در سیاست‌گذاری‌های اقتصادی برای این دو کالای راهبُردی می‌باشند. با افزایش قدرت تفکیک طیفی و مکانی داده‌های ماهواره‌ای، امکان تهیه‌ی ‌چنین اطلاعاتی به صورت به هنگام و دقیق تا حدود زیادی فراهم شده است. بررسی بازتاب طیفی گیاهان با استفاده از طیف‌سنجی میدانی امکان تفکیک ارقام مختلف گندم و جو و تهیه‌ی نقشه‌ی پراکندگی آن‌ها را به ویژه در استفاده از سنجش از دور ابر طیفی افزایش می‌دهد. به همین منظور منحنی رفتار طیفی مربوط به 9 رقم گندم و 5 رقم جو در مزرعه‌ی موسسه‌ی تحقیقات اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر واقع در کرج در چهار مرحله از مقاطع رشد اندازه‌گیری شدند. مشاهدات توسط دستگاه طیف‌سنج میدانی
ASD FieldSpec®3 در دامنه طول موج 350 تا 2500 نانومتر در نور و شرایط طبیعی اخذ گردیدند. در مرحله‌ی پیش‌پردازش سه محدوده‌ی نویزی متأثر از بخار آب، شناسایی و حذف شدند. سپس با استفاده از روش‌های آماری مشاهدات اشتباه کنار گذاشته شدند. به منظور بارزسازی تفاوت‌های احتمالی بازتاب طیفی ارقام مورد مطالعه، 65 شاخص گیاهی طیفی مهم و حساس به غلظت کلروفیل، شدت فتوسنتز، نیتروژن و میزان آب موجود در تاج گیاه و غیره برای طیف‌های هر چهار مرحله مشاهداتی محاسبه گردیدند. سپس از آنالیز آماری واریانس و آزمون جفتی توکی، جهت بررسی تفکیک‌پذیری ارقام مختلف گندم و جو استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که در مرحله‌ی سوم مشاهداتی، شاخص‌های بیشتری می‌توانند تعداد ارقام بیشتری را از همدیگر تفکیک کنند. این مطلب نویدبخش امکان تهیه‌ی نقشه‌ی ارقام مختلف گندم و جو بر اساس داده‌های سنجش از دوری است.
