fa توسعه یک مدل GIS مبنا به‌منظور مکان‌یابی مراکز محلات و نواحی شهری مبتنی بر مفاهیم اختلاط کاربری‌ها پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:7.05pt;"><a name="OLE_LINK8"></a><a name="OLE_LINK7">در نظریه جداسازی کاربری‌ها، کاربری‌ها به علت ماهیت تزاحمی خود از هسته‌های سکونتی شهرها فاصله گرفته و برای جبران این فاصله بر</a>&nbsp;استفاده از اتومبیل تأکید شد که این موضوع سبب از میان رفتن نقش محله و ناحیه و مراکز آن‌ها گردید. پس از آشکار شدن پیامدهای&nbsp;منفی این نظریه، رویکردهای نوین شهرسازی بر توسعه اختلاط کاربری‌ها و احیا بافت مرکز محله و ناحیه تأکید دارند. هدف&nbsp;از&nbsp;این&nbsp;تحقیق بهره‌گیری از قابلیت‌ها و تحلیل‌های <span dir="LTR">GIS</span> به‌منظور توسعه مدلی جهت مکان‌یابی و اولویت‌بندی مراکز محلات و نواحی&nbsp;شهری با بهره‌گیری از مفاهیم اختلاط کاربری است. این تحقیق با توسعه مدلی بر پایه سنجش پنج شاخص کمی برای واحد مکانی گره، در دو مرحله ابتدا به مکان‌یابی و سپس رتبه‌بندی مراکز پیشنهادی محله و ناحیه در منطقه هفت شهرداری تهران پرداخته است. روش &nbsp;کلی&nbsp;استفاده شده در این تحقیق کمی‌سازی معیارهای کیفی در قالب شاخص‌های عددی و تلفیق مرحله به مرحله‌ی این&nbsp;شاخص‌ها&nbsp;است. ارزیابی نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، نشان‌دهنده قابلیت مدل و شاخص‌های معرفی‌شده در شناسایی نقاط بالقوه و بالفعل جهت&nbsp;در&nbsp;نظر گرفته شدن به‌عنوان مرکز محله و ناحیه و انطباق نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از مدل با مطالعات پایه صورت گرفته برای&nbsp;منطقه&nbsp;مورد&nbsp;مطالعه است.</p> <p>In separation-based land use (zoning) theory, due to the contrasting nature of different land use categories to each other, a separation among residential areas and other land uses were assumed. During recent decades and after revealing negative effects of zoning, new urbanism approaches based on mixed land use development and revival of urban district and neighbourhood centres have been proposed. The aim of this research is locating and ranking urban district and neighbourhood centres based on examination of mixed land use index in GIS environment. In this article, a GIS-based model is developed through measurement of five spatial indices. In order to<span dir="RTL">&rlm;</span> evaluate the efficiency of the proposed model, it was applied in the seventh region of Tehran with its five neighbourhoods. Evaluation of the results was demonstrated the appropriate performance of the model in detecting network nodes which have good potential as district or neighbourhood centres in the study area.
