fa ارائه روش ترکیبی بر مبنای تبدیل موجک و IHS بهینه سازی شده به منظور ادغام تصاویر سنجش از دوری از طریق تحلیل برجستگی A Hybrid Method Based on Wavelet Transform and Optimized IHS to Fusion of Remote Sensing Images Through Salience Analysis سنجش از دور RS پژوهشي Research <h1 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify; margin-top:8px; margin-bottom:4px">ماهواره‌های سنجش از دوری داده‌های متنوعی را در بخش‌های مختلف طیف الکترومغناطیسی با قدرت تفکیک طیفی، زمانی و مکانی فراهم می‌کنند. برای بهره‌برداری کامل از داده‌های سنجش از دوری که از منابع مختلف حاصل می‌شوند تکنیک‌های مختلف عددی و تحلیلی ادغام تصاویر توسعه‌یافته اند. در میان روش‌های ادغام تصاویر موجود، روش  مبتنی بر تبدیل رنگی شدت رنگ اشباع‌شدگی (IHS) و تبدیل موجک (WT) به دلیل کارایی، سرعت و دقت بالا از پرکاربردترین الگوریتمهای ادغام تصاویر هستند؛ اما عموماً این روش‌ها روی کل تصویر به‌صورت یکجا اعمال می‌شوند و اساساً تمام تصویر با هر ویژگی و محتوایی را به‌عنوان یک شی در نظر می‌گیرند؛  درحالی‌که در یک تصویر ماهواره‌ای از مناطق مختلف، محتوای اطلاعاتی متفاوتی وجود دارد. در این تحقیق فرایندی جدید به‌منظور ادغام تصاویر بر پایه تجزیه تصویر بر مبنای برجستگی سطح آن ارائه شد. به این ترتیب تصویر به دو بخش برجسته و غیربرجسته تقسیم شده و سناریوی ادغام در این دو محدوده متفاوت خواهد بود. در مناطق برجسته که شامل مناطق مسکونی، جاده‌ها و... هستند، از روش IHS بهبودیافته با استفاده از روش بهینه‌سازی ژنتیک استفاده شد و در مناطق غیربرجسته (جنگل، مرتع و کشاورزی) از تبدیل موجک جهت تجزیه و استخراج عوارض با فرکانس بالا استفاده گردید. همچنین در این تحقیق به‌منظور پیاده‌سازی و ارزیابی روش ارائه شده، از نمونه تصویرهای مربوط به سنجنده‌های WORLDVIEW2  بهره گرفته شده است.  نتایج بصری و کمی طیفی و  مکانی، نشان‌دهنده بهبود نتایج ادغام در مقایسه با روش‌های مرسوم و یکپارچه میباشد (مقادیر عددی مربوط به شاخصهای مورد ارزیابی CC، ERGAS، RASE و RMSE در مقایسه با روش‌های مورد مقایسه نشان‌دهنده نتایج بهتری بود). قابل ذکر است که سرعت پردازش در این روش، بسیار بالاتر از تکنیک‌های نوین بر مبنای شبکه‌های یادگیری عمیق میباشد. </h1> Remote sensing satellites provide various data in different parts of the electromagnetic spectrum with spectral, temporal and spatial resolution. In order to make full use of the data obtained from different sources, various numerical and analytical techniques of image integration have been developed. Among the existing image integration methods, due to their high efficiency, speed and spatial accuracy, IHS (Intensity Hue Saturation) and Wavelet Transformation are the most widely used algorithms. But generally, these methods are applied to the entire image all together, and basically whatever its characteristics and contents are, they consider the entire image as a unique object. While from a satellite image of different areas we can get different data and contents. In this research, a new process for integrating images using image analysis based on  its surface salience is presented. In this way, the image is divided into two prominent and non-prominent sections, and the integration scenario will be different in these two areas. In the prominent areas, which include residential areas, roads, etc., we used the IHS method which was improved by  the genetic optimization method, and in the non-prominent areas (forests, pastures, and agricultural fields) we used the wavelet transformation to analyze and extract the features with high frequency. In this research, in order to implement and evaluate the presented method, samples of images related to worldview 2 gauges have been used. The visual results and the spectral and spatial quantitive ones show the improvement of the integration results compared to the conventional and integrated methods (the output of the assessed metrics CC, ERGAS, RASE and RMSE showed better results  compared to the other methods).
