بهبود آشکارسازی هدف در تصاویر ابرطیفی از طریق تنظیم وزن باندها و شناسایی اعضای انتهایی در خوشه‌های فضای ویژگی

شناسایی اهداف طیفی یکی از کاربردهای استراتژیک در حوزه پردازش داده‌های ابرطیفی بشمار می‌رود. رخداد پدیده‌ها در وسعتی کمتر از یک پیکسل از تصویر منجر به توسعه‌ی راهکارهای تجزیه‌ی طیفی بمنظور آشکارسازی هدف شده است. معمولاً در الگوریتم­های تجزیه طیفی وزن باندهای طیفی یکسان در نظر گرفته می­شود. این در حالی است که عوامل مختلفی همانند تاثیرپذیری متفاوت باندهای طیفی از شرایط اتمسفری، تفاوت در پاسخ طیفی باندها، نویز و تفاوت نسبی در کالیبراسیون رادیومتریکی سنجنده، اثرات متفاوتی را در ثبت اطلاعات هر باند طیفی خواهد داشت. تنظیم وزن باندها در روش‌های تجزیه طیفی اولین رویکرد این تحقیق بمنظور افزایش دقت آشکارسازی هدف می‌باشد. بدلیل پیچیدگی تعیین مستقیم وزن بواسطه عدم اطلاع دقیق از عوامل اثرگذار بر ثبت اطلاعات طیفی، توسعه‌ی الگوریتمی مبتنی بر روش تخمین مولفه‌های واریانس بعنوان راهکار تنظیم وزن باندهای طیفی در دستورکار این تحقیق قرار گرفته است. از سوی دیگر، بکارگیری روش‌های تجزیه طیفی بمنظور آشکارسازی هدف مستلزم در اختیار بودن پاسخ طیفی عناصر پس‌زمینه علاوه بر رفتار طیفی اهداف می‌باشد. انتخاب نظارت نشده‌ی سیگنال‌های مرتبط با عناصر پس‌زمینه، روش رایج در این زمینه بوده که دومین راهکار توسعه یافته در این مقاله بمنظور بهبود دقت آشکارسازی هدف به آن پرداخته است. یافتن عناصر پس‌زمینه بصورت مجزا برای خوشه‌های فضای ویژگی و بکارگیری آنها بعنوان پس‌زمینه‌های هر خوشه در روند آشکارسازی هدف، راهکار اتخاذ شده در این زمینه می‌باشد. اینکار با جلوگیری از حضور عناصرخالص غیر مرتبط در هر خوشه، منجر به بهبود عملکرد فرایند تجزیه طیفی بمنظور آشکارسازی هدف شده است. راهکارهای پیشنهادی در روش‌های آشکارسازی هدف UCLSU، SCLSU، NCLSU و FCLSU پیاده‌سازی شده و نتایج حاکی از موفقیت آنها در بهبود دقت فرایند آشکاسازی هدف بوده است. نتایج نشان دادند که در بهترین انتخاب برای تعداد خوشه‌ها و تعداد عناصر پس­زمینه، افزایش دقتی تا 17 درصد در نتایج آشکارسازی هدف قابل تامین خواهد بود.
