آنالیز 3 بعدی تغییر شکل پوسته زمین بروش ایزوپارامتریک و درون یابی با شبکه های عصبی مصنوعی (منطقه مورد مطالعه : شبکه ژئودینامیک ایران)

یکی از کاربردهای مهم ژئودزی در تحقیقات ژئودینامیک، مطالعه تغییرات پوسته‌ای زمین می‌باشد. در این مقاله مساله آنالیز سطحی تغییر شکل پوسته زمین در منطقه ایران بصورت مدل 3بعدی مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. از روش ایزوپارامتریک 3بعدی و داده‌های GPS شبکه مبنای دائمی ژئودینامیک کشور ایران (37 ایستگاه بین سالهای  2007-2008) جهت برآورد مولفه های تنسور استرین استفاده شده است. بنا به ویژگیهای مدلسازی 3بعدی پوسته زمین بروش ایزوپارامتریک، با یک مساله بد وضع روبرو خواهیم شد. جهت حل این مساله از روش پایدارسازی تیخونوف در این مقاله استفاده شده است. اپتیمم مقدار پارامتر پایدارسازی جهت برآورد پارامترهای تنسور استرین، طوری انتخاب گردیده که نتایج حاصل از خطای نسبی کمتری برخوردار باشند. ارزیابی مقدار این خطا از روی عناصر قطر اصلی ماتریس رزولوشن انجام گرفته است. همچنین جهت درون یابی مقادیر میدان سرعت و مولفه های استرین در سایر نقاط ژئودتیکی موجود در فلات ایران، از یک شبکه عصبی مصنوعی 3 لایه استفاده شده است. تعداد نورونهای مورد استفاده جهت برآورد کمیتهای میدان سرعت و استرین براساس مینیمم سازی مقدار خطای نسبی در آموزش بطریقه پس انتشار خطا انتخاب شده است. 4 ایستگاه با توزیع مناسب جهت تست نتایج انتخاب گردیده است. مینیمم خطای نسبی بدست آمده برای میدان سرعت در مولفه شمالی (VN) 80/6 درصد و برای مولفه شرقی (VE) 25/6 تعیین شده است. همچنین جذر خطای میانگین مربعی (RMSE) برای مولفه شمالی 85/1± میلیمتر و برای مولفه شرقی 72/1± میلیمتر بدست آمده است.
