استفاده از زنجیره مارکوف، MOLA و فیلتر همسایگی به منظور توسعه و افزایش کارآیی رگرسیون منطقی در پیش‌بینی تغییرات چندگانه کاربری اراضی؛ مطالعه موردی: شهر تهران

برای پیش‌بینی دقیق‌تر آینده شهر باید مدل‌سازی برای تمام کاربری‌های موجود در شهر انجام گیرد. روش­ رگرسیون منطقی تنها قادر به مدل‌سازی توسعه شهر به صورت دو متغیره (شهری و غیرشهری) است. هم‌چنین این روش در مرحله تخصیص مکانی، تأثیر پارامتر همسایگی را در نظر نمی­گیرد. با توجه به این موضوع، هدف اصلی این مقاله ارائه روشی جهت مدل­سازی چندگانه تغییرات کاربری اراضی و اعمال پارامتر همسایگی در مرحله تخصیص مکانی است تا بدین ترتیب دقت مدل­سازی افزایش یابد. در روش پیشنهادی، ابتدا مدل‌سازی با استفاده از رگرسیون منطقی برای هر کاربری به صورت مجزا انجام گرفت. در این تحقیق، نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون منطقی به‌عنوان نقشه شایستگی برای تخصیص مکانی، با استفاده از روش­های زنجیره مارکوف و ترکیبی همسایگی و تخصیص چندهدفه زمین  (MOLA)  با هم ترکیب شدند و نقشه کاربری اراضی سال هدف تهیه شد. بنابراین در این تحقیق با استفاده از نقشه کاربری اراضی سال‌های 2002 و 2008 و با تأثیر پارامتر همسایگی، نقشه کاربری اراضی سال 2014 پیش­بینی گردید و با مقایسه آن با نقشه مرجع سال 2014 دقت مدل‌سازی به دست آمد. نقشه‌های مرجع کاربری اراضی با طبقه­بندی تصاویر ماهواره لندست در سال­های 2002، 2008 و 2014 با روش ماشین بردار پشتیبان به دست آمدند. این روش در چهار حالت مختلف اجرا شد. در سه حالت، تأثیر همسایگی با کرنل­های 3×3، 5×5 و 7×7 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در حالت آخر پیش­بینی بدون در نظر گرفتن همسایگی انجام شد. سپس دقت چهار حالت با استفاده از نقشه مرجع سال 2014 با یکدیگر مقایسه شد. دقت روش با استفاده از معیارهای دقت کلی، شاخص کاپا و کاپای مکانی در بهترین حالت به ترتیب 26/84 درصد، 35/76 درصد و 3/79 درصد به دست آمد. سپس، دقت مدل­سازی هر کاربری نیز به صورت جداگانه با استفاده از روش ROC ارزیابی شد که نتایج نشان از توانایی بالای روش پیشنهادی داشت. درنهایت نقشه کاربری اراضی سال 2020 در دو سناریو مختلف پیش­بینی شد.
