مدلسازی پتانسیل ایجاد کانون های گردوغبار با استفاده از سری زمانی داده های سنجش از دور، منطق فازی و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی (مطالعه موردی: حوضه فرات)

طوفان ­های گردوغبار به عنوان یکی از معضلات زیست­ محیطی شایع در مناطق خشک و نیمه ­خشک جهان به شمار می ­روند که برای سلامت انسان و نیز به لحاظ اقتصادی زیان ­بار هستند. این طوفان ­ها از حدود دو دهه گذشته تا کنون در مقیاس ­های محلی، منطقه­ ای و حتی جهانی در حال افزایش هستند. حوضه رودخانه فرات به عنوان یکی از فعال­ ترین کانون­ های گردوغبار در سطح جهانی شناخته شده است. شناسایی کانون­ های طوفان گردوغبار اولین گام در برنامه ­ریزی هدفمند جهت مبارزه با این پدیده زیست­ محیطی به­ حساب می ­آید. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تهیه نقشه پتانسیل کانون ­های گردوغبار در حوضه رودخانه فرات با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی پرسپترون چند لایه است. در گام نخست سری زمانی بلند­مدت داده ­های مربوط به پارامترهای محیطی کلیدی و موثر بر رخداد طوفان­ های گردوغبار شامل رطوبت، دما و بافت خاک، دمای سطح زمین، سرعت باد، بارش، تبخیرتعرق، ماه ­های دارای گردوغبار، کاربری اراضی، فشار ناشی از جمعیت، ارتفاع و شیب شناسایی و به عنوان ورودی‌های شبکه عصبی به ­کار گرفته شدند. از طریق بررسی 2500 تصویر رنگی طبیعی سنجنده مادیس، تعداد 190 کانون رخداد طوفان گردوغبار به صورت بصری شناسایی و به عنوان نقاط آموزشی به شبکه عصبی معرفی شدند. 70 درصد نقاط (133 نقطه) برای آموزش و 30 درصد نقاط (57 نقطه) برای تست و اعتبارسنجی مدل مورد ­استفاده قرار گرفتند. پس از اجرای مدل، مقدار خطای میانگین مربعات معادل 0.1 به ­دست آمد که حاکی از صحت قابل قبول شبکه عصبی در شناسایی کانون­ های بالقوه گردوغبار است. نتایج نشان می­ دهد که 147 هزار کیلومتر مربع از مساحت کل حوضه، مستعد شکل ­گیری کانون طوفان ­های گردوغبار است که عمدتا نواحی کم بارش، خشک و بایر حوضه را شامل می­ شوند.
