آشکارسازی زمین‌های زراعی زعفران در سری زمانی تصاویر ماهواره‌ای سنتینل-2 به کمک روش تخمین تنک

امروزه مدیریت محصولات کشاورزی از طریق فن‌آوری سنجش از دور جایگاه ویژه‌ای در میان مدیران و تصمیم‌گیران حوزه‌ی کشاورزی پیدا کرده است. زعفران با عنوان طلای سرخ، یکی از محصولات کشاورزی خاص ایران و با ارزش اقتصادی بالا محسوب می‌شود که در حوزه‌های مختلف دارویی و غذایی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. بواسطه‌ی ویژگی‌های کاشت این محصول، در یک زمین زراعی نمی‌توان بطور پایدار زعفران استحصال نمود. بر این اساس، سطح زیرکشت این محصول هرساله متغیر بوده و پیش‌بینی و برآورد سالانه سطح آن می‌تواند برای اهداف مدیریتی کارآمد باشد. در این مقاله با مبنا قرار دادن رفتار فنولوژیکی زمین­های زراعی زعفران، راهکاری به منظور آشکارسازی این زمین­های زراعی از طریق الگوریتم‌های آشکارسازی هدف با استفاده از سری زمانی شاخص تفاضلی گیاهی نرمال شده مستخرج از تصاویر ماهواره‌‌ای سنتینل-2 پیشنهاد شده است. رویکرد آشکارسازی زمین‌های زعفران در این تحقیق مبتنی بر تخمین تنک پاسخ زمانی طیفی سری ‌زمانی از طریق یک واژه نامه متشکل از پاسخ زمانی طیفی زمین‌های زعفران و نمونه‌های پس‌زمینه می‌باشد. در این روند، ساختار زیرماتریس واژه نامه عناصر پس‌زمینه بصورت اتفاقی و مبتنی بر خوشه‌بندی فضای ویژگی تولید شده و در ادامه به منظور حفظ تفکیک‌پذیری با نمونه‌های هدف، فیلترگذاری شده‌اند. نتایج پیاده‌سازی این ایده در سه منطقه‌ مورد آزمون در شهرستان نیشابور بطور متوسط دقت 1/93 درصدی را بدنبال داشته و در مقایسه با روش‌های آشکارسازی CEM، ACE، MF و طبقه‌بندی‌کننده‌های متوازی‌السطوح و SVM بطور متوسط بهبود 8/4 درصدی را داشته است.
