پیش‌بینی گسترش آتش‌سوزی جنگل با استفاده از اتوماتای سلولی و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی

جنگل‌ها از جمله مهم‌ترین منابع طبیعی هر کشوری محسوب می‌شوند که حفاظت و مراقبت از آن‌ها دارای اهمیت ویژه‌ای است. یکی از حوادثی که باعث ایجاد صدمات جدی به جنگل‌ها می‌شود، آتش‌سوزی و گسترش آن می‌باشد. بنابراین انجام اقداماتی نظیر تعیین فاکتورهای موثر در آتش­سوزی و شبیه­سازی گسترش آن، برای به حداقل رساندن زیان­های ناشی از آن اهمیت فراوانی پیدا می­کند. در روش پیشنهادی این تحقیق، برای تعیین فاکتورهای بهینه موثر در آتش‌سوزی جنگل گلستان، از ترکیب الگوریتم ژنتیک با روش رگرسیون اسپلاین تطبیقی چندمتغیره استفاده شد. 9 فاکتور به عنوان فاکتورهای بهینه تعیین شدند که شامل حداکثر دما، متوسط دما، حداقل دما، جهت باد غالب، حداکثر سرعت باد، جنس خاک، کاربری زمین، جهت شیب و فاصله از مناطق مسکونی بودند. سپس با استفاده از این فاکتورهای بهینه و بکارگیری اتوماتای سلولی و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی، اقدام به شبیه‌سازی گسترش آتش‌سوزی جنگل گلستان شد. همچنین برای بررسی تأثیر فیلتر همسایگی بر نتایج حاصل از شبیه­سازی، از فیلترهای همسایگی 3×3، 5×5 و 7×7 استفاده شد. با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق، بهترین دقت برای شبیه‌سازی آتش‌سوزی منطقه مورد مطالعه در تاریخ 26 آبان 1389 با فیلتر همسایگی 3×3 و توان تفکیک مکانی 30 متر بدست آمد. در این حالت شاخص کاپا، شاخص عامل نسبی و دقت کلی به ترتیب برابر با 890/0، 917/0 و 953/0 بودند.
