مدلسازی مکانی انتشار آلودگی صوتی ناشی از حمل و نقل ریلی

در دهه‌های اخیر افزایش جمعیت از یک سو و پیشرفت صنایع و تکنولوژی از سوی دیگر منجر به شکل‌گیری سکونتگاه‌های شهری بزرگ و فشرده شده است. وجود انواع سیستم‌های حمل و نقل و توسعه زیرساخت‌های شهری از جمله ویژگی‌های شهرهای امروزی محسوب می‌شود. توسعه زیرساخت‌ها و سیستم‌های حمل و نقل، علی‌رغم تسریع رفت و آمد و تسهیل فعالیت‌های روزمره، عامل بروز مسائل و مشکلات عدیده­ای از جمله ترافیک، آلودگی هوا، آلودگی صوتی و غیره می‌باشد. آلودگی صوتی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین عوامل تهدید سلامت انسان، در دراز مدت می‌تواند موجب بروز آزردگی، اختلال خواب، سردرد، کاهش قدرت یادگیری و ادراک و ابتلاء به بیماری‌های قلبی و عروقی و فشار خون گردد. صوت در اثر طیف وسیعی از فعالیت‌ها و فرآیندها ایجاد می‌شود. از جمله مهم‌ترین منابع آلودگی صوتی می‌توان به ترافیک جاد‌ای و ریلی، نشست و برخاست هواپیماها، صنایع و کارگاه‌ها و اماکن تجمع و فعالیت افراد اشاره نمود. آگاهی از وضعیت انتشار آلودگی صوتی در محیط‌های شهری و شناسایی جمعیت در معرض خطر، اقدامات اولیه‌ای است که بایستی در برنامه‌ریزی­ها از آن به عنوان اطلاعات پایه به منظور کاهش آسیب‌پذیری‌ استفاده گردد. در حال حاضر تردد قطارها در طول خطوط ریلی، بعد از ترافیک جاده‌ای مهمترین عامل انتشار آلودگی صوتی محسوب می‌گردد. این امر بویژه در شهر بزرگی مانند تهران که مسیر ریل در مسافت زیادی از بین مناطق مسکونی عبور می‌کند اهمیت بیشتری می‌یابد. در این مطالعه با رویکردی مکانی، انتشار آلودگی صوتی ناشی از حمل و نقل ریلی در شهر تهران مدلسازی شد. به این منظور از استاندارد محاسبه و اندازه‌گیری آلودگی صوتی ناشی از ترافیک ریلی برای محاسبه تراز صدای تولید شده در منبع صوت (مسیر ریل) استفاده گردید. نحوه انتشار و تضعیف صوت در محیط نیز بر اساس روش ارائه شده در استاندارد ایزو 2-9613 مدلسازی گردید. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، آلودگی صوتی با منبع ریلی در محدوده مورد مطالعه بین 43 تا 88 دسیبل dB(A) متغیر است. مقایسه تراز صدای برآورد شده با مقادیر اندازه­گیری شده، RMSE 3.5 دسیبل را نشان می‌دهد. همپوشانی نقشه آلودگی صوتی با اطلاعات جمعیتی محدوده نشان می‌دهد که حدود 200 هزار نفر در معرض آلودگی صوتی بیشتر از 70 دسیبل و حدود 730 هزار نفر در معرض آلودگی صوتی بیشتر از 60 دسیبل قرار دارند. بدیهی است در صورت عدم برخورداری منازل مسکونی از عایق صوتی مناسب، سلامت جمعیت زیادی از ساکنین مجاور مسیر ریل با خطر جدی مواجه است..
