ارزیابی قابلیت داده های همدوسی تداخل‌سنجی راداری سنتینل -1 جهت تهیه نقشه پوشش زمین

در این مطالعه، جهت ارزیابی قابلیت های سری زمانی داده های تداخل‌سنجی رادار دریچه مصنوعی (InSAR) و یادگیری ماشین در تهیه نقشه پوشش زمین، داده های ماهواره سنتینل -1 (شامل 16 تصویر SLC با تفکیک زمانی تقریباً 24 روزه) در بازه زمانی 2018 تا 2020 برای محدوده ای از شهرستان اهواز در استان خوزستان استفاده شدند. از طریق پردازش های InSAR، تعداد 25 تصویر همدوسی بر اساس جفت تصاویر رادار در بازه های زمانی مختلف تولید گردیدند. پنج طبقه غالب پوشش زمین در منطقه شامل: اراضی ساخته شده، اراضی کشاورزی، پهنه های آبی، خاک لخت و پوشش گیاهی طبیعی متراکم، شناسایی و در نظر گرفته شدند. با استفاده از تصاویر قدرت تفکیک مکانی بالای گوگل ارث، در مجموع 4930 نمونه آموزشی با توزیع مکانی مناسب برای تمامی طبقات پوشش زمین اخذ گردید. تصاویر چندزمانه همدوسی به‌عنوان ورودی طبقه‌بندی‌کننده ماشین بردار پشتیبان (SVM) استفاده شدند. فرایند آموزش و ارزیابی صحت کرنل های مختلف SVM به ترتیب با استفاده از 80 و 20 درصد نمونه های آموزشی صورت گرفت. بر اساس نتایج طبقه بندی، میزان صحت کلی در کرنل های خطی، چندجمله ای درجه ‌دو، چندجمله ای درجه چهار، چندجمله ای درجه شش، تابع پایه شعاعی و سیگموئید به ترتیب برابر با 60.7، 64.7، 67.7، 69.9، 66.3 و 59.5 درصد و مقدار ضریب کاپا 50.88، 55.87، 59.62، 62.38، 57.87 و 49.38 درصد ارزیابی گردید. در نتیجه، بالاترین میزان صحت کلی و ضریب کاپا برای کرنل چندجمله ای درجه شش و کمترین میزان آن برای کرنل سیگموئید به دست آمد. بر اساس نتایج ارزیابی صحت کاربر و صحت تولیدکننده در تمامی کرنل ها، اراضی ساخته شده بالاترین میزان صحت (93 - 98.5 درصد) و پوشش گیاهی متراکم کمترین میزان صحت (11 - 56.25 درصد) را به خود اختصاص دادند. به‌طورکلی نتایج حاصل، بر پتانسیل بالای داده های InSAR جهت شناسایی طبقات پوشش زمین تأکید دارد. در این میان، تأثیر الگوریتم طبقه بندی نیز بر میزان کارایی داده ها حائز اهمیت است.
