بهبود دقت طبقه بندی تصاویر ماهواره ای ابرطیفی با استفاده از توسعه یک شبکه عصبی کانولوشن و یادگیری عمیق

امروزه با پیشرفت تکنولوژی، سنجنده­های متعدد، تصاویر ابرطیفی با رزولوشن طیفی و مکانی بالا تهیه می­کنند. تا کنون روش­های متعددی برای طبقه­بندی تصاویر ابرطیفی ارائه شده­اند که هرکدام سعی دارند بر تعدادی از چالش­های محاسباتی و پردازشی داده­های ابرطیفی فائق آیند. کارایی شبکه های عصبی چندلایه به دلیل افزایش تعداد پارامترها همزمان با افزایش تعداد لایه ها ،که در موضوعات پیچیده همچون طبقه بندی تصاویر ابرطیفی ضروری است، بسیار کاهش پیدا می کند. در سال­های اخیر مفهوم یادگیری عمیق و به ویژه شبکه­های عصبی کانولوشن، به دلیل تولید اتوماتیک ویژگی­ها و کاهش پارامترها نسبت به شبکه­های عصبی چندلایه­ی پرسپترون با به اشتراک گذاشتن پارامترها در هر لایه، بسیار مورد توجه محققان در حوزه­ی شناسایی الگو قرار گرفته است. هدف کلی تحقیق پیش رو، ارائه­ی چارچوبی مبتنی بر مفاهیم یادگیری عمیق، به واسطه­ی توسعه­ی یک شبکه عصبی کانولوشن(CNN) برای طبقه­ بندی تصاویر ابرطیفی است. چارچوب مذکور شامل چهار مرحله است. مرحله­ی اول) کاهش بعد با استفاده از روش زیرفضا، مرحله­ی دوم) آماده­سازی ورودی­های CNN، مرحله­ی سوم) غنی­سازی داده­های آموزشی، مرحله­ی چهارم) طراحی معماری CNN. پیاده­سازی چارچوب پیشنهادی بر روی داده­­های بنچ مارک دانشگاه پاویا، علی­رغم بکارگیری تعداد محدودی داده­ی آموزشی، موجب حصول صحت طبقه­بندی 98/3 درصد شد.
